If your goods are valuable enough to store they are valuable enough to insure. Do not assume that your home contents insurance covers stored goods. If you do not have insurance, goods are stored at your sole risk.
If you do not pay your fees, we will over-lock your storage space and you will be denied access until you are up to date on your payments. If you continue to not make payment, we can, under the standard self-storage agreement, reserve the right to auction your goods to recover money owed.
Direct deposit into our bank account, Bank account number will be on the application form we send, when you contact us about renting a unit.
On request we can generate an invoice for you via email.
You are required to make the first payment of one month in advance before we give you an access card. From then on wards you may pay either weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annually in advance.
If your padlock is the correct size (38mm), it cannot be cut with bolt cutters. If a padlock is outside the lock box it can be cut with bolt cutters. Thus, this is an Anti-Theft procedure. Refer to the video below.
You can store almost anything as long as you can fit it into the space and it does not leak or give off noxious fumes. Bottled and canned products are allowed. You cannot store perishables such as fresh food or packaged food products. You cannot store flammable or combustible liquids or illegal goods.
You do. Your personal padlock secures the locking system on your storage unit door. The premises are accessed and secured via a monitored swipe card access and the above mentioned security system.
You may move in any time, after you have signed and returned our agreement along with one month’s rent in advance.
Each facility varies slightly in unit sizes, however we can cater to most needs. Ranging from smaller household items to larger things like cars, boats and caravans. We are bound to have a unit to suit your needs

No you will need to organise that yourself.
Yes, most of our facilities require a swipe card for access, with barbed wire fencing surrounding the complex. Each unit is individually locked and in order to increase security access is restricted to 7am – 7pm. If the complex has shipping containers on site, they are each fitted with easy open door handles.
